Istaris completes comprehensive communications project
In the latter half of 2009, Istaris Business Services client Cultivar Consulting undertook a major business strategy and change management project for the Electrum Group of companies. The outcome of the project was a restructuring of the group under a new name. The reasons for this change, the benefits it would bring to customers, and what it would mean for suppliers and partners needed to be communicated quickly, concisely and clearly to all stakeholders. Cultivar secured the services of Istaris to produce a comprehensive and consistent package of deliverables for the business re-launch, consisting of customer and supplier letters, an article for the new website, a press release and a printed brochure.
